How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing times will vary depending on the items ordered. You can find our processing time in each individual listing.

Your order will be sent out typically within 2-7 business days of ordering (all items are made on demand, so they can't be shipped out immediately).

Shipping time is usually additional 2-5 business days for USA and 10-20 business days for International orders. 

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

My order says it is delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically when this happens the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If you still do not receive your package contact your local post office and they will help you track it down. Feel free to message us for help!

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes you can, but you have to act fast. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately I cannot change the order anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact The Happy Face asap.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not started production yet we can cancel your order. Since we begin production on orders very quickly unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check size chart before you make an order.

I received the wrong item / I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Before we package an order we check to ensure it is perfect. We're sorry if a mistake slipped through! Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.

International Orders Customs Fee

All items ships from USA. Shipments going outside of the USA may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not take responsibility for any custom or import duties.

I used the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, it can be changed. Please contact us with your correct shipping address.

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped) we cannot make any further address changes. You need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. All packages are shipped with GPS tracking included. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. It is strongly recommended that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. Or, that a secure delivery location is provided. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been shipped.

Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Each items is mostly custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customers request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned packages will be donated to charity.

Will the color of my item be EXACTLY as I see it on my screen?

Usually, yes, but this cannot be guaranteed. The color outcome of any printed product may differ slightly from the way the original artwork appears to you. Reasons for this include differences in monitor colors, the printing range or gamut of the printers, and limitations of fabric and sublimation printing. Consistency and providing a perceptually similar translation of my artwork is very important for all my printers, but variations in color still may occur that are beyond anyone's control.

1. Check the sizing charts! We want you to be happy with your apparel when it arrives.
2. Shipping is NOT guaranteed by a specific date, but we do our best to get your order out as quick as we can.
3. If there is a problem with your item, please get in touch and we will work it out!
4. Please remember, designs are shown as computer mock-ups. Designs are back-lit by your monitor, actual colors and placement may vary.
